During the podcast presentation someone mentioned Camtasia. I used it, it was alright...but Captivate from Adobe and another product called WINK (Open Source) create great teaching presentations.

Another great presentation product that can be downloaded freely, is Microsoft producer/Addin for Powerpoint which can create audio/video to run along side your PPT. You can stream as a Windows Video File
